How it works

Job seekers upload their CV, diploma, Right to Work, and other credentials. Our team reviews each document and approves it — we don't accept invalid or fraudulent documents.

Once approved, every document gets a cryptographic fingerprint. Any change after approval breaks the seal instantly.

Candidates add a Credify link or QR to their CV. One click or scan takes you to their verified profile — all documents, all approvals, no friction.

  • Each document shows as Approved — reviewed and confirmed by our team
  • If the CV on their profile matches what they sent you, you're good
  • If something looks different, open both and compare — the approved version is always on their profile

Every document is reviewed by experienced UK recruiters. We check for validity, consistency, and authenticity before approving. Typical review time is under 24 hours. If we have doubts — we don't approve.

SHA-256 cryptographic seal

Once approved, any change to the document breaks the fingerprint completely. The same standard used for SSL certificates and digital signatures. Verifiable, auditable.

EU & UK compliant
