Do I pay again if I update my CV?
No. Your one-time payment covers your entire account. You can upload, revoke, and re-seal documents as many times as you like.
Does the QR link expire?
The link and QR stay the same. They work while your access is active (1 year, renewable). Recruiters can return anytime during that period.
What documents can I seal?
Anything, CV, diploma, degree, Right to Work, DBS Check, professional certificates, reference letters, and more. Up to 10 active documents.
Can I choose who sees my documents?
Yes. By default documents are private. You control which ones recruiters can view the actual file, not just the verified hash.
What happens if my document is rejected?
We review every document. Fake, forged, or misleading information is detected and rejected. You'll be notified and can re-upload a genuine version. Don't waste your money, submit only credentials you can back up.
What is the expert CV review?
When you sign up, you receive one CV review from an expert recruiter, someone who reviews CVs for a living. They give feedback on structure, wording, and how hiring managers perceive it. It's included in your one-time payment. One review per account.
