The one-page rule: when it applies

If you're stretching to two pages with padding, we notice." One page forces you to prioritise. That's good. Recruiters would rather see a tight, relevant single page than two pages of filler.

When two pages make sense

Keep: recent roles with impact, quantifiable achievements, education, and anything that directly supports your application for this specific role.
